Board training on healthy governance and operational systems


The boards of two non-profit organizations merged, resulting in a new 18-person board that came from vastly different organizational cultures.  Full Circle Consulting facilitated a series of initiatives to help the new board self-identify areas for improvement and establish a new set of norms for conducting business. Full Circle then conducted a series of training sessions to improve communications, work systems, policies and meeting protocol.
