Nashua Soup Kitchen and Shelter

Project Description

Nashua Soup Kitchen and Shelter is an important safety net for those in Nashua who don’t have food to make it through the month.  Staff and volunteers were serving 80,000 meals and distributing 30,000 baskets of food a year out of a tiny building with dangerously steep and rickety stairs.  Efforts to raise money for the purchase and renovation of a new location within walking distance of downtown had stalled.  Full Circle provided the energy and campaign strategy that helped this dedicated group of volunteers raise more than $2 million in under a year.  Now in its new home, Nashua Soup Kitchen and Shelter is serving more people than ever with greater dignity, efficiency and safety.
